Guest /u/orangecarrrots Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 hi all, i have an iphone 11 running with ios 18.0.1. about 5 hours ago, i was told that there was an unknown airtag detected following me. the airtags shows a direct path between my house and my current location (no turns or anything, just a straight line). the weird part is that i do not own any airtags. for context, i recently had a house fire and am staying in temporary housing. every time i check on the airtag, it keeps switching between my house and my current location and saying the airtag is at either location. to make it even weirder, find my iphone says that my iphone is “with me” but is at my house rather than my current location. i know the location is wrong because, well, i have it with me. does anyone have any idea why this is happening? what can i do about it? like is this relevant to ios 18? submitted by /u/orangecarrrots [link] [comments]
