Transferring Songs from ancient Macbook and Hard Drive to Iphone 16 Pro

I have an old hard drive (G-Tech 250) w/ FW400 and USB2.0 ports and a Macbook Pro from 2014 that have most of my songs (used to buy songs/albums). I would like to transfer them to my new iphone 16 pro and was wondering if anyone had advice on the best way to do it?

 

I now use a Macbook Air M2 for computer uses but the amount of songs from both the Macbook Pro and GTech are much larger than what the M2 can hold.
