Multiple Macs - Any way to keep configuration/profiles/settings in sync?

I'm considering getting a Mac Mini, MacBook, and maybe eventually a Mac Studio. I want to use the same configuration/profiles/settings for each one so that they're pretty much identical across machines. Perhaps the exception will have to be size of my dock, text and desktop resolution, depending on which system and displays they're connected to, but that said, I'd like to have everything else pretty much the same across machines (same wallpapers, same apps in dock, same security settings, same profile images, and etc.

 

Is this possible so that I can clone easily onto a new system (let's say I start with Mac Mini and MacBook but eventually get a new Mac Studio and want to set it up exactly the same but without the tedious process of manual configuration/setup)?

 

Also, if I make a setting change on one system, would I then have to manually make the same change on my other systems or is there a way to automate this?
