Deleted Snapchat app and it shows up in settings when searching for deleted app

I deleted snapchat on this iPhone and despite deleting the app, the app still shows up in settings when searching for "Snapchat."

 

When I click it, it just goes to Apps section in settings and Snapchat isn't listed there. I restarted the Phone and its still there.

 

How do I fix this issue?
