After that, the external hard drive I usually use for Time Machine backups isn't mounted at all. I can't see the external hard disk on the Disk Utility app as well. By touching on top of the external hard disk, I can feel that the hard disk is running internally. Previously, I had problems like the Mac OS taking little longer time to mount the hard disk. Now, it is not mounted at all even I left the Mac and hard disk for a whole night. I have looked for similar issues on Apple support page and many users faced the same issues and the suggested solutions aren't working for me.
