For the love of God, HOW DO I TURN OFF DND and/or FOCUS?!?!

I’m about to go absolutely insane trying to figure out WHAT I have on somewhere that is keeping my focus mode on. Nothing in settings makes sense at all, and I’m not being given any options to just turn the crap OFF.
