m4 pro macbook doesn't connect 4k 240hz and 4k 120hz at the same time

Hello everyone I have 2 monitors one 4k240hz and the other one 4k120hz when I connect the 4k240hz alone using the usbc it gives me 4k240hz but when I connect the other one through the hdmi both if them become 4k120hz! today I got the mac mini m4pro and when I connect both of them at the same time I get 4k240 on the one with usbc and 4k120 through the hdmi at the same time what's driving me crazy that both of them have the same chip (m4pro) so why I can't get it on the macbook but I get 4k240 and 4k120 on the mac mini? amd I missing somthing?
