Mail sent through iCloud on iPhone not syncing to Mail app on iCloud online or other devices on same Apple Account

Hi, if I send an email (using an iCloud + custom email domain) on my iPhone, said email does not show up in the sent folders of iCloud online or on any other devices. I am able to send messages with the custom domain from all other devices and online, so I am not sure why these are not syncing. Any advice on how to get these to sync? Thanks!
