Guest /u/vendettagoddess Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 my phone pink-screened the other day (four days ago) and then kept restarting when i tried to unlock it (four times). finally it let me unlock it but when i went to check my notes (for unrelated reasons; i believe i was just adding something innocuous) i realised it had deleted ALL of my notes from the past one year except for one of them from june. it was on ios17.2 and i updated to ios18 after the fact, as some things said it could be from outdated software. does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it without defaulting to a backup? its really upsetting. apple support was useless. submitted by /u/vendettagoddess [link] [comments]
