A few days ago she texted me separately saying she was having problems reading or sending messages in the group. When she texted me, it came out as SMS instead of iMessage. We checked all her settings and everything seems to look like iMessage is on. Is there anything else we can try? And we've restarted her phone and made sure it was up to date.
