Guest /u/Peakus76 Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 I've just updated my Macbook Air 2017 to Sonoma (which it can't officially run, I had to use OCLP) and it's so far working fine. My first question is, can I now download apps the normal way or do I have to side load them as well? If I download them the normal way will it discover it's running an 'incompatible' OS? My second question is it's telling me now that Sequoia is available - is it safe to go ahead and update? I'm guessing I'd have to ignore it anx use OCLP again if I did want to risk running Sequoia.
