Hi, how RAM do i need for video editing in 4k ?

I'm aiming for a MacBook pro 14" M4 that i want to keep for like 2 years.

 

It's 16GB of ram at a reasonable price for me, I'm willing to do photo/video editing(4k), 3d work & content consumption on it.

 

Is the 16GB of ram enough or should i go for more?
