I just acquired a 2010 mac pro (2x 2.66 ghz, 28 gb ram) as an experiment rig. It runs pretty slow even considering it's age and I thought I would try linux on it and see if I can put some life back into it. Maybe turn it into a server of some type, I don't know yet.
