Is there a way to separate recent work calls from personal calls?

I use my personal iPhone for work calls. When I get home in the evening and I want to call a friend, I don't want to sift through all the work calls to find my friend.

 

Is there a way to separate them somehow? Sometimes I resort to manually delete the work calls from my call history, but that's sub-optimal and can't do it every day.
