Is there any way to stop this from happening every time I play media?

I really hate how when I disconnect from CarPlay, my phone continues to show what I was just listening to. The biggest problem is that I almost always end up scrubbing the file and I have to work to find my way back to where I left off. I’d love if this just disappeared.
