Setup for 2 MacBooks, 2 monitors

I have two MacBooks and would like to know how to set them up with my two monitors so I only need to plug/unplug one cable to switch between them (one is for work, other is personal):

 

Here's my equipment:

 

MacBook Air 2020 MacBook Pro 2023 M3

 

ASUS ProArt Display PA279CRV 27 inch monitor BenQ GW2785TC 27 inch monitor

 

Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and mouse (can be used via USB also).

 

Currently I go USB-c out from one laptop and HDMI from the other and then plug both into whichever Mac I'm using. Ideally I'd like to daisy chain or use a dock.
