Getting static shocks from my mac mini, how do I find the cause and stop it from happening?

Been getting static shocks from my setup for a while now, thought it was my audio interface so I sold that to replace it but now I'm getting them from my USB hub. I don't know where the issue is coming from but I've never had such consistent static shocks like this. How do I figure out where these issues are coming from so I can stop them??

 

Is there a way to test different components with a multimeter so I can find the cause? I've been trying for months and I'm no closer and it's driving me literally insane.
