Is an M1 with 4gb RAM on a Mac Air enough for a Windows VM, teams, browser with 10 tabs, and 2/3 more apps?

I'm considering getting a Mac Air because they seem to be very reliable (according to research) but the prices are too high for me, so I'm considering the M1.

 

The things mentioned on the title are everything I need to run simultaneously for work. Can it handle it?
