Is it me or is downloading 6.59 GB iOS v18.1.1 update for iOS v17.7.2 really slow right now?

My iPhone 12 mini's says it would take over a hour (was 31 minutes) to download and I have a fast Internet cable connection (400 Mbs download)! :(
