Guest /u/TaticalSweater Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Ever since updating to 18 I’ve had weird issues on my 14 pro. -I have 1 group text that I no longer have a keyboard and can’t respond to at all not even the tap and like/heart the message. -My phone randomly heats up to the point you would think it was going to be used to heat up water. -In my car I still have wired Car Play. When trying to make a call without failure now it will disconnect Car Play and then you have to unplug and reconnect several times to get it back. Not sure what they did with this update but it is awful. Had iPhones for years now and I know Apple has been known to make older phones preform worse with updates but this has to be by far the worst major update I’ve had in years. Phone isn’t slow it just has these random bugs and 0 fix insight. If you’ve not updated I’d wait. submitted by /u/TaticalSweater [link] [comments]
