Cut to few hours later, Instagram is showing ads related to what we discussed on this call!! The call I took was on my tablet, I use instagram on my phone. I haven’t done any online research (on my laptop, tablet, or phone) related to what we discussed on the call (pre or post). This call was spontaneous. I understand our browsing history determining the ads we see but this is another level. Before today I never saw such ads on Instagram I have maintained best possible privacy settings on all my devices. What more can be done? submitted by /u/Scissoriser [link] [comments]
