My budget is a hard £350 obviously looking for second hand I mostly use it for 3d printing software and trying to get into 3d modeling.i would like a slightly bigger screen if I can but not overly concerned about it I really just need it to work, run smoothly without all the lag I have on mine I keep getting recommended the 2020 MacBook Air with the A1 chip but it only has 8GB of Ram and 256 of storage which I don’t think is a lot and on top of that it is definitely above my price range it’s like £500 from what iv seen On the other hand iv found a 2016 MacBook Pro 15 inch screen i7 quad core 2.9ghz with a 1tb storage for £320. It dose have 480 battery cycles on it so it might be a bit worn down on that front So is this a good deal and how much of an improvement is it over my current laptop, is it worth getting or is it actually bad and I need to save up for the 2020 m1 air even though it’s got a hell of a lot less storage and ram I’m really confused lol so any help is appreciated submitted by /u/Pendragon102 [link] [comments]
