When editing photos via third-party apps, how do I sync the edits through throughout my Apple devices?

So right now, I am using third-party apps to edit my pictures of my trip to Rome this year. My question is how do I make sure my other Apple devices receive those changes on those photos so I don’t have to do it device by device?
