I use reduce white point to further dim my iPad below maximum at night. I use large font as I’m aging. I also have an astigmatism which makes using dark mode unpleasant as the white font blurs and looks too bright against the black - even when dimmed and I hate wearing my glasses when lying down. I use reader mode a lot in safari and notice the bar is a darker grey than in desktop mode. Is there an app or a way that I can customize safari to do this? They have the best reader mode, but maybe there are things I’m not aware of or haven’t tried. Feedback and suggestions appreciated. Pictures attached show the difference between modes. submitted by /u/Least-Sample9425 [link] [comments]
