Mail - outlook asking for confirmation to delete emails all of a sudden since update to iO18.2 but only for one account…?

I’ve got 2 outlook inboxes in my mail app. I tend to delete my bin and spam folder quite regularly. Since the upgrade to iOS18.2 though, one of the mailbox keeps on asking me if I’m sure I want to delete the emails (across server…?) whilst this doesn’t happen on the second account.

 

I checked the settings for mail and I have the confirmation of deletion toggled off. I’m confused about why this is happening… any ideas? Wondering if this related to the phone update or outlook?
