Can you still change background color of custom icons in Shortcuts?

I made these custom icons using the Shortcuts app in iOS 17. With the new update, I can’t seem to change the background colors using the custom icons, only the preset icons. The top 3 and bottom 4 apps still have the custom colors but the 4th one (Snapchat) is the one I’m trying to change. Any help is appreciated.
