Unable to reset Launchpad using Terminal

I used to be able to reset the Launchpad to defaults using the command "defaults write com.apple.dock ResetLaunchPad -bool true; killall Dock"

Before it stopped working in macOS 15, the command used to reset the Launchpad to factory organization, but what I care about most is that it organized my apps in alphabetical order. I don't like having to organize it myself, and I can't tell if it's an issue with my MacBook. Is there any reason that this would happen? Did something change?

I'm using a 2020 M1 MacBook Air on the latest public version of macOS out at the moment, and I have factory reset my Mac since it had another weird bug with the Notes app, which has since been resolved. Did not restore from a Time Machine backup. (Doing so brought along the Notes app bug so I thought it would fix my Terminal issue)
