Year In Review continues to reappear in my phone despite deletion

Like the title. I've deleted my year in review for this year multiple times, gone into Deleted Items and permanently deleted it only for it to return 12-24 hours later. I am trying to delete this slideshow because this year it includes a compromising/NSFW photograph in it. How do I just get this thing gone for good?
