Xi is a bad guy? Found these suspicious files buried inside /Library/Translation/Hotfix/187-1/PB-en

Was just digging around for fun when I came across these two files. I'm able to translate the phrases between the two languages just fine. My region is set to Canada. I have Canadian and Pinyin - Simplified as my input methods. I'm on Sequoia 15.2. Not gonna jump to any conclusions rn. Posting this with a burner account in case this gets a lot of attention.

 

Maybe someone with better knowledge can chip in.
