I mainly use a Framework Windows laptop for school, but have a 2012 iMac that I got from the electronics dump that I've been using to supplement it. However, being from 2012, the performance leaves something to be desired. This would be fine, but since I started a video production club this year that uses Final Cut Pro for our editing, I'd like to have a little bit more of a high powered solution to edit on than the iMac. Ideally not a MacBook, as right to repair is one of my big sticking points when buying tech, along with the fact that I'm doing engineering in college.
