How to turn off all Apple Intelligence and SIRI App Access without going through each app one by one?

Hi, I upgraded to 18.2 but I do not want to have anything to do with Apple Intelligence.

I went to Apple Intelligence & Siri under Settings. Although I have not clicked on "Get Apple Intelligence", I noticed that at the bottom, under Apple Intelligence and Siri App Access, there are App Clips and Apps. They are all turned on to allow Apple Intelligence to learn from them. There are probably 60 or more apps listed, all turned on by Apple by default to allow Apple Intelligence to learn from...
