RCS Business Messages are not showing up on my iPad

I’m getting RCS Business Messages from FedEx, but they are not appearing on my iPad. They only show on my iPhone. Any regular SMS and iMessage messages do show on the iPad, just not RCS Business Messages. Is this a bug?
