Installed a SSD from a Windows machine in my 2015 Pro. How do I get rid of this Windows recovery partition?

If I start up the Pro, it will automatically boot to the Windows recovery partition. I have to hold down Option key to view the option to boot to Mac OS. What is the best way to delete these partitions so that the SSD behaves exactly as though it were originally a Mac SSD? I would like to eventually dual boot Mac and Windows. So should I keep this after all or should I erase it and install Windows via Boot camp? Thanks!
