Photos keeps crashing???

Iphone 14 up to date and has more than enough storage available.

 

It lets me load some folders and lets me scroll and click the photo albums i want and other folders, the second i click on them, my screen freezes and i cant even scroll.

 

Ive restarted my phone and left it off for 30 minutes and it still keeps doing that???
