I've had this same issue before with my old macbook pro and just had to wipe the drive and start again. My new macbook pro is starting to do this now too, which I was hoping wouldn't happen. I'm really just working with Logic Pro and obviously files are big. I've run first aid on my drive and it doesn't see any issues. WTF
