If I can fix it, it's mine. Honestly, I already fixed it. It just needs to install the OS. But I got a new problem. I forgot the firmware key. My dumbass forgot it. I installed Windows 8 through Boot Camp and successfully installed it. But... when I try to get back to the original OS (which is when you hold Alt/Option key), I need to put my firmware key, but the problem is I forgot it. Here are my questions if anyone can help. Fortunately, though, I can still use my Mac, but very limited to Windows OS. 1.) Is there any possible way to reset the firmware key through the Windows OS that is currently installed on my Mac? 2.) I can't reset the HDD. Is there any other way to reset it? I want to reset it hoping that if I reset it, it will also reset the firmware key. Methods I already tried. 1. Command+r, command+pt+r( Already tried this but its not working to get there I still need my firmware key.), reprogram windows. (Which is not working) Pardon my dumbass.
