Guest Tyler Durden Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Right after establishing a remote desktop session to the console of a Windows Server 2003 SP2, I can see the desktop and the session is locked, requiring that I enter credentials again. How avoid this? Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards.

Have you checked the security options for the amount of idle time required before suspending session? Isaac
Guest Tyler Durden Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 Re: Remote Desktop to console session on 2003 SP2 Hello Isaac, It's not a domain controller, and policies are defaults. The session is not suspended, it just logs on and right after locks asking again for credentials. There are a lot of registry settings related with termservices, it's possible to reinstall the whole service restoring registry settings to defaults? Thank you.
