What Network provider should i chose?

Hi

 

Right now i have Internet from TalkTalk and Im not happy with it. Download speed is all right around 8-9Mbps but upload and ping is very bad for example right now i have 246ms ping and 0.18 upload speed. The lowest ping that i get is about 30ms.

I would like to change to something else but i don't know what to chose to get high upload speed. I live in flat in England Fareham.

I really need much better upload speed if i can get 1 Mb/s upload i would be very happy.

And i would like to get it fast in week or two weeks time i don't want to wait 1 month or more.

Hello and welcome.

 

Firstly I would NEVER haveTalk Talk.

 

My first choice would be VirginMedia.They have also just doubled there speeds.I have had them and there speeds were steady and reliable.Good price to.

 

Next to that if you cannot get Virginmedia were you are I would choose Sky,not as fast as Virginmedia but its is the next best thing.

 

BT is over priced and terrible speeds,disconnections have been happening for me for about 8 weeks now and they refuse to admit there is an issue.

Hi

I still didnt change the network provider but im planning to change very soon. My speed is beter right now but i dont know why when someone is caling to me or im caling to someone the internet connection disconnect. I check and chang everything like microfilters and cables, reset the router, change settings and everything so i think there is something wrong with the line. And im wory what if i change to virgin and there still going to be a problem. I live in flat will i need to pay for line repair or something?
