Guest churin Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 When I attempted to uninstall an application software(Pinnacle Studio), the following error message is displayed and uninstallation process was aborted: --------------------------- Warning: Windows XP Service Pack 2 is not installed on your PC. This service pack is required. Please install Service Pack 2 as soon as possible. Service Packs may be obtained via Windows Update. --------------------------- The service pack 3 has been installed. What could be wrong?
