Guest Guus Ellenkamp Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 I have a small network with 2 domain controllers with Windows Server 2003. They are also used as workstations, which has worked fine, until a few weeks ago. Since this time they "freeze" for a few minutes like every half hour or so. I cannot find anything in the error log and can't imagine what it is. I have the feeling it is network related, but cannot pinpoint it. Today I heard that when there is only one user using them everything is fine. As soon as more users arrive, the problem starts. I have been experimenting with IPV6, but still can't imagine why this would affect the system(s). Please advise.

As a first step I would keep the Task Manager running and keep an eye on the CPU loading. To drill down further you could start a performance log.
