crl Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Hi - am using Audacity to record (all okay), but when exporting and subsequently burning using Windows Media Player, the CD does not play on any other device! I have ensured "audio CD checked"..... any thoughts please? Quote
Plastic Nev Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Hi try a different program to burn the disks, one I have used with success is the free InfraRecorder. Have a look here, then to download click on downloads on the right hand side. http://infrarecorder.org/ If your system is 64bit be sure to download that version. Nev. BeeCeeBee Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Further to the above you may be recording using a codec that is not recognized by all players in all computers. The extension .avi or ,wav or even .mp3 does not always tell the whole story. Quote "Familiarity breeds contempt - and children." Mark Twain
