I turned my computer on and this warning pops up telling me to call their support team, apparently my computer has been compromised or so I was gathering. The lady on the other end told me to press the windows key along with R. After doing so I clicked ok and something else popped up. After having a bad feeling about it I lied to her my computer shut down and would not turn back on. Have I opened up my computer for them? If so what should i do?
