KenB Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 What is the make and model number of your laptop ? Most laptops have a switch to turn off the wireless adapter - is yours on ? Start > type in .......devmgmt.msc ..........ENTER Click the + next to "Network Adapters" What is listed ? Any yellow exclamation marks or red Xs ?
