Hi,

I have a trouble shutting down my Dell Latitude E6510 laptop after upgrade from Win10 1709 to Win10 1803. The Windows "Shut down" command only shuts down the system but not the computer - the fans, led lights, screen backlight etc. remain on.

I disabled Fast Boot and it didn't help. The Bios is updated to the newest version available.

 

The PC uses i7 Q720 Intel processor for which there's no Intel Management Engine Interface available (there's obviously no point in trying to downgrade it).

Would You have any suggestions?
