Windows 10 pro 1803 build can not use PIN as password

Hi

 

I am connected to domain, there is not any domain level group policy set to disable PIN for windows.

 

I have tried enabling few local GP to enable PIN and biomatric but I have no luck to enable fingureprint.

 

 

Please help !!!!!!!!!!
