Is Microsoft resolving the inability to save PDFs and other digital files (JPG, etc) when Ransomware protection is on?

 

Hello,

 

 

Given that in the past my laptop has had ransomware, I am not keen on turning it off. Sadly, turning it off is the only way I can save PDFs, JPEG, GIF, etc. Is Microsoft working on fixing this issue?

 

 

 

I get scared turning off the protection, but I have to continue working.
