GEMASH Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 HELLO I HAVE GOT A PROBLEM, MY PC- LAST NIGHT ID BEEN ON IT FOR A FEW HOURS JUST ON FACEBOOK PLAYING MY USUAL GAMES- JUST LATELY IT HAS RAN VERY SLOW AND ALWAYS HAD A NON-RESPONSIVE PLUG IN BOX KEEP APPEARING AND IT HAS BEEN CRASHING ALOT BUT IVE JUST ASSUMED THAT MY SYSTEM WAS VERY OLD BUT THEN IT FROZE SO I LEFT IT FOR A FEW MINUTES, THEN I INSERTING A GAME CD, IT STILL DONE NOTHING SO I PLUGGED IT! NOW WHEN I START UP FIRST A BASIC BLACK SCREEN APPEARS TELLING ME TO START IN A FEW WAYS LIKE SAFE MODE, NORMALLY ETC I HAVE TRIED EACH OPTION BUT ALWAYS A BLUE SCREEN APPEARS WITH SOME STOP CODES AT THE BOTTOM- IVE BEEN SEARCHING ALL DAY BUT STILL STUCK- IT WONT DO ANYTHING BUT THE F2 AND F12 (BOOT MENU) DO WORK JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT- ADVICE PLEASE IF ITS DEAD ITS DEAD JUST NEED TO KNOW ASAP Quote
Bluesplayer. Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Hi and welcome. Is this a desktop of a laptop? What is the make and model number of your Pc? How old is your Pc? Do you have the original install Cd? Can you see the error message long enough, to note down the blue screen error? A lot of questions - if can answer them all - it will help us to help you. Quote
