ExTS Admin BetaTime Posted August 27, 2018 ExTS Admin Posted August 27, 2018 hello recently i have an issue with my windows 10 machine. everytime i start the pc net framework 3.5 ask for the pc to restart to install the software, but after rebooting the pc it asks the same question again like some kind of loop. i tried the offline installer and the network repair tool but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. so i was wondering if anyone has the sollution to this problem. thanks in advance.
