My new computer is lagging and Crashing with black screen

So I got my new computer and It was started lagging and It lags in other website games and videos also youtube When I was playing a video game It lags in 4 seconds and It did it again and later It buzzes and Crash Black screen and Turns the game white

screen and When I'm watching a youtube video it lags and crashes and turns white and the video was green It lags few times and crashes It was making me angry and frustrating It won't stop. Is there some way to stop it by installing something or something I
