Windows 10 (1803) Spotlight disabled except after wake up from sleep?

Hi All...

 

No domain - Windows 10 Professional (1803) - Workgroup PCs using GPedit.msc.

 

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Personalization\Force a specific default lock screen and logon image

- Enabled

 

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Cloud Content\Turn off all Windows spotlight features -

Enabled

 

This works, the image displays at login and at lock...and Spotlight seems to be totally disabled...until the machine goes to sleep and wakes from sleep...and boom...it wakes up to the spotlight slideshow???

 

Anyone experiencing this and or have a fix?
